Hi! You've upgraded your system recently with a Ryzen 5 5600 and 32GB of 3200Mhz RAM. The CPU update worked smoothly after a BIOS update, but you're having trouble getting the new RAM recognized. When you power on, the CPU stays active first, then the DRAM stays on, and it doesn't reach BIOS. You've tried a CMOS reset and removed the motherboard battery for a while, but the issue persists. Using a different RAM stick didn't help. The problem seems to be with the BIOS or the new RAM not being detected properly. Check your specs and see if there are any BIOS settings related to memory that might need adjusting.

You're not sure about the precise RAM model, but it works well on your 5800X, suggesting the issue isn't the memory itself. Did your BIOS actually revert to the default settings? Some systems need a longer reset process using a header or button, and the method may differ from what you expect.

You can check by looking at your system settings or running a recovery mode to confirm the BIOS has been restored to its original configuration.

I attempted once more, bypassing the JBAT1 connector but the issue persisted. I had to revert to using the previous RAM modules.
