From the spec sheet I found online, this kit appears to work unless your model includes dual RAM channels. For more details, check the Intel® Q965 (ICH8) Express Chipset and the optiplex datasheet. Updated June 15, 2020 by eeeee1 Realized not every model supports four channels.
