Hey, I bought a laptop with Windows 8 built-in. I really didn’t like Windows 8, so I switched to Windows 7 (same as my PC). Surprisingly, some hardware doesn’t work with Windows 7—my mouse keeps acting weird, and even after installing all the needed software, it can’t connect to Wi-Fi. Then I tried upgrading to a different Windows 8 version, Windows 8.1 Pro. Everything worked fine, but the internet is super slow on my laptop (max 10kbps) and keeps dropping. *And yes, I installed everything necessary.* Help needed!
