3600 MHz performs better, and CL16 at 3200 offers the same absolute latency as CL18 at 3600, making them equal in delay. In this scenario, 3600 is slightly superior. ~Note: The sticks you referenced are both around 3200 or identical models?

These listings vary mainly because they’re priced differently and shown with unique details even though the technical specs match. Each product page highlights different features or offers, making them distinct despite similar performance ratings.

When examining the part numbers, you'll notice minor variations (official specs from Corsair are available). Some models show slight differences in frequency and latency settings. The latest version tends to have marginally lower secondary latencies. Outside of controlled tests, this should be imperceptible. Choose the model offering the best price-performance balance—like CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 with 2133MHz/CL15-15-15-36 or 3200MT/s/CL16. The higher speed version (3600MT/s) offers similar latency but slightly faster data transfer. Overall, the performance gap is minimal and unlikely to affect most gaming experiences.

If you choose your device, then yes. You won’t see a clear distinction between those two DDR4 models while using it normally.
