I would choose the Strix. The MSI laptops, including the Vector, appear to have common problems with screens and hinges. Besides that, they are largely similar; however, you'll likely need to buy a Windows license for the ASUS model since it isn't included by default. Perhaps FreeDOS, but it's not very practical for most users.

Probably I'll purchase Strix. MSI seems to be a more affordable RTX 3050 laptop option.
