Hello, I'm wondering if it's possible to boost the speed of a budget RAM (just a basic green stick) as much as an expensive one (like Corsair Venegance or HyperX Fury). Also, which type would last longer?

There's a reason they put heat spreaders on better RAM, it's not that it is not possible to OC them a bit but much depends on the rest of system, namely MB; CPU and BIOS. They are not cheaper because of heat spreaders but because they are with lesser performance so OC can't be as good.
