It's tough to run the game right now. The system handles 5900x smoothly, though it might lag slightly. Running at 5900x should give a bit more frames, but I'm expecting similar performance.

1080p resolution between 120-144 is uncommon; performance should reach 60-75 FPS. Consider 6800 XT, 3090 FE, or 3080 FE. Would you like me to recommend the EVGA blower 30 series?

Pick any RTX 3080 now, as it’s half the cost of the RTX 3090. You can save the difference to upgrade to the RTX 4080 next year and enjoy better performance than the RTX 3090. Here’s a FS2020 comparison: the 5800X with RTX 3080 runs about 2 frames slower than the 5900X, but it reaches 1:45.

I’d pick 3080 instead of 3090. For the processor, I’d likely choose a 5900X. It might not be a big deal in FS2020, but having 12 cores gives it better long-term potential.
