The board is okay... right? So the memory kit changed to CL14 3600mhz. 1.45v. You only got lower latency, not much extra bandwidth gain. This memory would work just fine at 1.50v daily. You need that exact 1:1 mem to IF ratio at the highest possible frequency. Your goal is 3900mhz. This memory should handle 16-16-16-16-36 at 3900mhz, maybe even better at XMP 1.45v. After you do some overclocking, compare your scores. So far you haven’t included that part.
