Hello, I see you're experiencing a speed difference between your Galaxy S21 and your partner's 11 Pro Max when connecting to the same Wi-Fi network. It might be related to their phone antennas or signal strength. Let me know if you'd like more tips!

This speed test is conducted by checking performance metrics on Speedtest.net. For accurate results, both devices should use the same server. It seems the comparison might be misleading since phone antennas can vary significantly.

I’m only checking speed with this app on every device. I considered the antenna too, but her phone still has trouble loading pages sometimes. It should be significantly quicker than it is now.

Checking speed tests from Speedtest.net or fast.com across devices gives consistent performance data. You can confirm 5GHz stability by comparing download/upload speeds and latency in real time.

I upgraded our home to a mesh network, which resolved the issue. It seems the problem was the phone struggling with the weaker signal from the garage.
