I understand there could be more optimal combinations available. I’m just trying to determine which pairing is superior in the title. The main concern is whether it’s better to prioritize a weaker CPU with a stronger GPU or vice versa.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! A PC will compromise of more than just the CPU and GPU. Please list the specs to your proposed build like so: CPU: CPU cooler: Motherboard: Ram: SSD/HDD: GPU: PSU: Chassis: OS: Monitor: To add, we advise users to styluize their threads with info asked of in this thread; *How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice* How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice First off, respect where respect is due - this is an adaptation of the Animal's *How To Ask For New Build Advice* Sticky. I created this because there's a lot of posts nowadays asking for upgrade advice both on here and on the CPU forums, and I feel... forums. to help lend context into your predicaments, which will in turn help the community chime in with worthwhile suggestions. Updated with specifications. Chosen according to components available locally.
You don't need an aftermarket cooler for the 7600 processor as you get a boxed cooler. You can save money there. Allocate that money towards a better board perhaps. You forgot to include the make and model of the case as well. What capacity storage are you looking at?

You forgot to stylize the thread with more info as asked above with the URL.
You've included one of said combos, what about the other build from Intel?

Consider the possibility of a faster CPU. High-quality CPUs tend to cost less than top-tier GPUs, making it wise to plan for an upgrade soon. If you're unsure about upgrading your CPU within a couple of years, focus on improving your GPU performance. Mid-range GPUs should suffice for at least two to three years of current gaming needs.
Other options available on that page are limited, and many items are currently unavailable. You might find better value by opting for an RX 9070 XT build.
