When AI is active, all cores run at peak frequency. Back then, my i5 7400 struggled with high loads or when AI was on. Switching to a 6C/12T Ryzen 5 2600X resolved those problems. The original poster should notice better performance with any of the three CPU options.
We have a 2700X model. I need to take a look. It seems to operate quite well. The FPS isn't clear on a 4K 55" display, but it runs smoothly overall. The 5600X definitely outperforms the 4770 in that regard.
