Which Adobe software are you using? For Premiere Pro, the 2600 seems superior to the 9400f, yet an Intel CPU paired with an integrated GPU would be ideal for rendering tasks. Photoshop performs better on an i5 right now since it’s mostly single-core focused.

Consider the 2600 versus the 9400F. The latter has fewer threads, fixed clock speeds, and restricted upgrades. The former is overclocked, built on a stronger base, and will outperform the 9400F in multi-threaded tasks like Adobe applications. Photoshop may be the only exception due to its limited core support. Gaming performance will still be poor for the 9400F because of its thread count. Choose the 2600 instead.

Running on a slow PC during rendering could cause significant delays—about half the threads. Ryzen 5 2600: 6c12t i5 9400F: 6c6t I’m a strong supporter of AMD, but I still value clear, accurate information!

Will the Saphire ITX RX570 4GB work? It’s more affordable than the 1050 model. I purchased the ITX version with a single fan for $20 less. Regarding the fans, will adding one improve cooling compared to using two fans together?
