I question this because software isn't openly accessible (I obtained it from another forum where people encode videos), or at least searching its name on Google doesn't yield any answers...

However, testing on a friend's desktop at 3700x produced speeds that were double or higher than expected for my i7 6700K running at 4.2GHz.
