They’re essentially the same CPU. Save for an R5 3600 based on your motherboard. You might have to go with an R5 2600 if you’re using an A chipset board and/or haven’t updated the BIOS.

Are you referring to DDR4 memory? Ryzen doesn't support DDR3.
