The crashes have improved slightly, but the support has declined. AMD has fully removed the OBS plugin. In some cases, yes. If you're using features like stream animations (such as a pop-up when someone subscribes), it still consumes some CPU resources. It's minimal. When your CPU is operating at maximum capacity, an animation could disrupt your stream, but this typically only occurs with 4C/4T processors.
