I already own Win 7 Pro for a while, but I haven’t found anything that sets it apart from Home Premium. Can anyone share some interesting features or things you can do with it? Or just general differences?

Primary specs are HP models with 16GB RAM and Pro models offering up to 192GB. Additional features include XP mode and backup options.
