Uncertain outcome possibly due to my pessimistic outlook, but until these beta BIOS updates arrive, I doubt you'll be able to run Zen 3 or use it effectively. The beta BIOS update varies by manufacturer and offers no clear benefit. It seems more of a gesture for their customers. At this stage, it's essentially a chance decision. If you need reliable Zen 3 support now, consider the 500 series.

I own both 3 3300x and 5 3600 units... Gaming performance remains consistent. Same FPS in games, identical load times, etc. The 3300x is powerful. I haven’t tried the 2600 yet, but I think it would be much better for gaming.

You have two choices: b450+3300x or 3600 using your current a320 board.

Uncertain about the B350 MB size. However, if it handles 3600, a 3300x also works on it. I own an R5 3600 with an X570 and a 3 3300x for my workstation.
