It's not very specific. The SE market varies a lot—Malaysia has plenty of new GPUs, while Indonesia faces shortages that could get worse due to tariffs. A 4090 is still good value, but the 4080 might be better.

I'm already using the 6700XT, and I've never seen a 6800XT/3080 for 4 meters before—it's usually 5 meters minimum. So if you can afford it, the 4090 is worth it, especially since it comes with warranties too.

6800 is below expectations, yet the xts are nearer to 5jt and there are still many 4jt 3080s available on Tokped.
