Hello. Which motherboard+CPU should I choose? My brother has an i5 4570 and an RX 580 with 8GB RAM. He wants to stream Fortnite, but the PC lags and the CPU is always at 100%. I plan to get him an RTX 2060 or 2070 later. Thanks for the help.

They come in a wide variety of price points, so let's figure out your budget and what you're focusing on—whether it's gaming or content creation.

For gaming at 9900Kf it's equivalent to a non-F model without graphics and more affordable if you're also doing content creation, opt for a 3900x.

I chose the 3700x mainly because he plans to stream. The 9700k only offers 8 threads, which could hurt performance after the new consoles drop next year. The extra $30 would be better spent on a cooler for the GPU instead. The 9900k is expensive, so I prefer investing in the GPU itself.
