The x570 is mainly worth it for video editing or specific hardware requirements. A cheaper high-end b550 would suit ASRock, while the b550 taichi could replace the x570 tomahawk mostly in features. For motherboard hierarchies, MSI suggests a-pro → gaming → tomahawk → gaming carbon → unify X Gigabyte → Aorus Elite → Aorus Pro P → Aorus Pro (AC) → Aorus Master → Aorus Extreme (or think). Asrock recommends pro4 → steel legend → extreme4 → pg velocita → taichi.
