I believe 13700K would be sufficient unless you have an excellent AIO or a custom loop to manage the 13900K. You can always opt for the Ryzen 9 7950X if you prefer AMD and plan to upgrade the CPU later, which I think is a more strategic choice.

We should clarify the display resolution you're targeting. For 1080p, consider CPUs like the 7800X3D or 7950X3D. At 1440p, an X3D CPU or the 13900K would be suitable, and for 4K, the 13700K seems adequate.

I’ll take a look at this choice! Since I’m not managing a studio setup, I’ll only commit if I can meet the 13,700k budget and deliver smoothly.
