The numbers show a 50% rise, which is a significant jump. You might describe the opposite as a 33% decline. This scenario has only been observed occasionally in the past. In the past, a 6600k stock would run near 90fps with SLI 980Ti in FFXIV, but it barely exceeded 60fps on a Ryzen 1700. I haven’t tried this with the latest Ryzen models yet.

Anyway, if you want more performance from AMD, you should optimize the memory and RAM speeds as much as possible. It’s a reliable method to boost performance.
