Hello everyone, I'm curious about comparing the Netgear RAX120 Nighthawk and the Asus GT-AX11000. Both are highly regarded Wi-Fi 6 routers, currently on sale locally, and I'm trying to understand their pros and cons. I know the Netgear interface well but haven't used Asus routers before, so any details on their software and features would be helpful. Specifically, I'm interested in the antennas and the two 5GHz bands of the AX11000. Are there differences in performance between its 8x8 and the two 4x4 antenna configurations? I imagine the 5GHz bands could utilize different channels, while the 8x8 might only use one. Also, Netgear offers Smart Connect which makes both bands share the same SSID automatically. Do Asus also provide similar functionality? If so, would both 5GHz channels have identical names? Thanks for your advice and insights.
