Absolutely, the X570 is definitely the top choice. The VRMs might not be great, but it won’t be as bad as an ASUS M-K board. Consider checking out other boards or even used B450 models.
The X570-A Pro works nonstop all day. The B550M-K offers some of the least reliable boards available, and it performs worse than the X570-A Pro. Even with minor BIOS issues, unless you're diving into advanced core tricks with the 5800X (which usually isn't wise on Ryzen chips), you won't spend much time in there. So a few bugs aren't too big of a problem now that they've likely been addressed.
