Enabling XMP won’t make a noticeable difference—the performance will stay the same. Choose the more affordable option. If you plan to overclock, the CL30-40-40 kit is preferable because it’s more likely to use Hynix A dies instead of M dies (A dies have slightly higher frequencies). However, with this 2x32GB configuration on a 7800X3D, reaching very high speeds isn’t feasible, so it really doesn’t impact the outcome. Stick with the cheaper choice.
