Investing significantly more into a case just to avoid using a different AIO is not a good idea. I wouldn't attempt to install the Arctic cooler in that scenario, but you won't cause any damage by trying unless you force anything in. If you're committed to that setup and prefer a Thermalright model, go for the one from Thermalright.
Choosing an air cooler will depend on what's available in your region. The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 140 works well for the 265K, but stock levels are lower now and prices might rise if it becomes available again. Some solid options exist from id-cooling (certain A620 models) and possibly Deepcool.
The Lian-li LANCOOL 207 could serve as a case alternative, though the PSU you mentioned seems too large for that particular mount. The LANCOOL 216 might be worth considering if budget matters. Many cheaper cases often run into problems with Arctic AIOs due to motherboard and RAM space constraints.

A lot of mobos automatically increase their overclocking, so you should verify the settings once installed to confirm the performance level. Even under maximum stress, like running a 3D render or similar intensive task, the CPU will likely throttle down to the highest temperature the cooler can manage. This difference is usually too minor to notice with ordinary tools; only benchmark tests would reveal any change, which would be negligible. You can observe from the graph that the maximum doesn't reach 250W even for the 285W model. Many users prioritize strong cooling just to hide their CPU from high temperatures. The base TDP Intel provides represents the most efficient operating range for CPUs, and performance remains relatively stable between 100 and around 125W. This is the optimal zone for achieving the best efficiency.
