It's not about quality, it's about the available options. If you require more than a single PCIe 4.0 NVMe port, choose the X570. This generation means the B series isn't uniformly inferior—some X570 builds are poor, while others are powerful and costly. Unless you need more than one PCIe 4.0 slot or extra lanes beyond the chipset, the X570 isn't necessary.
