What is the budget? Do you already have components or a CPU? These boards are compatible with completely different CPU generations. They're also positioned at the lowest tier and shouldn't be used. Plus, both are installed in costly slots with CPUs priced similarly to premium models.

That's a CPU model that runs natively on the first 100-200 series but won't function with the 300-400 line. The 300 and 400 series are tied to different platforms.
