I'm from Egypt and mostly shop on amazon.de. I don't often get items shipped to Egypt, so my options are limited. I own a Corsair H150, H150i Elite, and Lian Li—all similar in style. There was a DeepCool LS720 Zero Dark that sold out. The SSD is now the 990 EVO, which isn't Pro. It's more affordable, similar to a P3 Plus but with Samsung's V-NAND and higher write speeds. My budget is around 1600–1700 Euros for these devices on Amazon.de. Prices are a bit lower in the USA, though I face the challenge that neither CPUs are available for delivery to Egypt.
I believe certain titles demand high optimization. The biggest jumps in speed I observed came in multiplayer experiences. This particular area still needs more testing due to time constraints, but in Warframe’s endurance SP Disruption Fissure missions, it often becomes the main bottleneck. The gap between CCD0 and CCD1 on my 7950x3D setup during that mission was roughly 160 fps versus about 240 fps. This likely stems from NPC density combined with player movement tracking. Performance feels consistent when playing solo, though it can reach up to 1400 fps at 4K low settings. Unfortunately, the earlier 4790k vs 7950x3D comparisons I ran can’t be directly applied anymore, as Warframe has undergone major backend updates—especially around rendering effects like lightning.
The 7800X3D is expected to outperform the 14900K overall, though they occasionally clash in a head-to-head manner, with the 7800X3D usually holding a slight edge
The main exceptions I’m aware of are games with intensive IPC/multithreading and 4K resolution. Those are the rare cases where the 14900k edges out the 7800x3D.

I think this might be accurate, though I haven’t located any statistics on it. Having played this game for over a decade, I was taken aback by how little emphasis it placed on 3D v-cache. It appears to be an IPC-limited title that doesn’t prioritize CPU cache much—perhaps because the chunk sizes aren’t large enough for significant rendering demands. The internet suggests each chunk is roughly 60MB, which likely means performance hinges heavily on memory bandwidth.
AK620 is sufficient for a 7800x3D setup. Many assume the 7800x3D is difficult to cool, but it's actually a 45W TDP CPU in most titles, reaching up to around 120W. It tends to run warmer than anticipated due to the 3D v-cache mod, which creates two additional heat transfer layers between the IHS and CPU die (including the mod and its copper bonding). The core itself won't exceed 4.9GHz, even with a powerful air cooler. It also caps at a boost of 5.05GHz, leaving limited room for further speed without BCLK overclocking. Swapping it out would probably allow it to keep 5.05GHz across all cores, though I haven't tried that on my 7950x3D yet. That model offers a max boost of 5.25GHz on CCD0.
This is one of those topics that I find fascinating to watch people converse about. Meanwhile i'm sitting here as a human sack of bones thinking there is no way anyone can tell the difference in these single digit millisecond differences but its discussed as if its the end of the world. Very interesting.
