You should consider lowering the resolution to 720p. At your current setup, you're already around 40fps, so reducing it might improve performance without a big drop in frame rate.

It might assist a bit. However, it's essentially something harmless and straightforward to undo. Give it a shot and check your FPS.

Lowering the resolution cuts shader demands and memory bandwidth needs. Based on your choice, you might also adjust other options before setting the resolution, particularly if AA is active.
