He has a 27-inch MacBook from 2017 with an i5-7500 or 7400 plus RX 570X and 40GB RAM. I’m looking for compatible MacOS benchmarks that work well with Windows/Linux users. Here are some suggestions I found:

CPU: Cinebench R15
V-Ray Benchmark
Geekbench
GPU: Unigine Heaven/Valley
GFXBench
V-ray GPU + Cinebench GPU
Other options: NovaBench
