Rig: 4690k 16GB RAM 2x GTX 970 Windows 10 64-bit I’ve been playing Dark Souls 3 for about 10 hours and have faced crashes roughly every half hour to an hour. Half occur when I’m traveling between bonfires, the other half happen randomly in-game. A discussion suggested lighting settings might be the issue, but I’ve adjusted them several times and it didn’t happen. My connection is slow, so I want to avoid reinstalling if possible. The game also takes a long time to load before any splash screens, sometimes showing “not responding” just before closing. Anyone else experienced this? This is my first post here. Thanks!

Turned off SLI yet kept some options open for testing. Spent around three hours without any issues. Will continue playing a few more days and share the findings later.

If it doesn’t resolve the issue, consider reverting the driver settings. It seems Nvidia hasn’t updated their DS3 drivers fully.

I didn’t update my drivers for a while due to a GeForce problem. After fixing it, the SLI works properly with my current settings. A simple oversight.
