You recently installed a new rig about a week ago and have been experiencing frequent crashes. The issues seem consistent each time: the PC freezes in-game, then goes black during browsing, with the GPU fans spiking. You can still hear your friend on Discord but not the game you played, and everything else—mouse, keyboard, case—still shows RGB effects. Trying Ctrl+Shift+B resolves the OCR crash but not this one; you can hear the sound but nothing happens. You need to hard reset.

Some details: your CPU has PBO-D with -20 in the curve optimizer and +100MHz settings. Stress tests show stable performance, but crashes differ from regular ones. RAM doesn’t boot normally even with Expo enabled, though you can manually enter Expo without it. RAM tests on Windows and QLED on the motherboard report no errors, and the GPU shows no error messages during crashes—just CPU temps fluctuating. GPU is overclocked and undervolted, but still crashes despite updates to drivers and reinstallation.

Specs: motherboard ASUS ROG Strix B650E-E, Ryzen 9 7900X, RX 7900 XTX, 24GB GDDR6, G.Skill CL32 6000MHz, Kingston KC3000 2TB, PSU Zalman Wattera 1200W 80+ Gold, SSD Kingston KC3000.

Help is appreciated. HELPP!

Have you attempted to reinstall Windows using another installation source and a USB drive?

Begin by eliminating PBO and undervolt to see how it behaves, then observe Undervolt for stability before it fails

I haven't checked the CPU stock yet, perhaps that's the issue. I'll attempt it later.

But also cinebench operated smoothly and a CPU crash only restarted it.
