Motorola MB7420 I have 75 down and 15 up, but I can't keep a stable Twitch stream at 5mbs. Had several tech out over the years and it is nothing in the house it goes from outside box through the wall and then straight to the modem no spliters or anything. The best guess I have is there is just too much noise in the local node to keep a stable connection as this has been a off and on problem for a long time now through several modems. I am just looking for another set of eye if any other info is needed just ask. attached log

Did someone install an amplifier on your connection or are you positioned very near the main service point? Have you asked them to perform a test run to check for any unusual behavior, or are you within expected performance parameters? I’ve faced similar problems before and had to replace the line due to animal damage. What is the layout of your home network?

We recently added a new line and ran a stream test using just one computer connected directly to the modem. Everything looks good with the coax cables—no need for an amplifier, suggesting we’re near a node.

The connection seems a bit higher than expected, potentially reaching 54 before problems arise. It might be located further along the Comcast network.

The SNRs work well enough, and a 16X4 setup should manage your 5mbs effortlessly. Likely handled by Comcast or Amazon.
