When I need to save updates for Windows Media Player or another app from the Microsoft Store, such as the link you provided, I usually use the store directly. However, using Fiddler 5.0.20211.51073 Classic to view the download links shows they point to data files like 0.dat, 1st dat, etc., which are not the actual installers. These files need to be combined into a proper installer. There is a website where you can paste the store link, but sometimes the program isn’t available in the downloaded version.

To understand why you're using Fiddler for downloading updates, consider the purpose of the tool and its common applications.
