Lower settings at 3733, I believe it was intended for a 1:1 run. Going up to 2:1 will likely take you into that mode. For Ryzen's Infinity Fabric, is increasing the frequency beneficial in your situation? Otherwise, it seems more about the RAM than the current problems.

When you set the fabric and memory clock manually, the 1:1 ratio was maintained.

1:1 involves the memory controller and memory components. It’s not about an infinite fabric; you should maintain at least half the memory speed. You might consider increasing VDDP to around 1.05V to assist with IF frequency, though there are no assurances.

It would be smarter to focus on a 1:1 match and improve your pacing as much as possible.
