I want to adjust the settings so gaming mode stays active while keeping the command/windows key functional. The current bindings work without it, but I need a method to turn them back on when launching games. I’m considering either a toggle option in Synapse or a batch file that activates gaming mode automatically. I don’t want to disable Synapse entirely since many programs rely on the M keys. TLDR: keep gaming enabled and command key active during gameplay.

It seems the issue might be resolved by linking one of the F1 keys to the Windows button. I tested this, but binding the M1 key to the Windows key still works even when the game is in window mode.

Is there really no solution, or is it still pending? It seems like gaming mode is controlled by a slider, so a batch file might resolve it when launching the game. They mention conditions like ETS2 being yes or no, but handling Adobe settings would likely require extra effort.

That took a lot of work, but using the keyboard shortcut for game mode whenever you want to play would be better. I shared a method in my previous post.

It appears the layout suggests a few unmarked shortcuts near F10. Based on the initial patterns, a F10 function might be intended for gaming mode, but it isn't clearly labeled. Mapping it to M could work, yet switching to M5 seems better since those positions are already used for other controls.

On your Blackwidow 2014, switch gaming mode by pressing FN followed by F10.
