First, let me summarize your setup:
- Intel i7 10700K (10th Gen, 3.8-5.1GHz, 16MB, 8-core)
- MSI 1660 Super Gaming X 6GB
- Corsair 16GB RAM (2x8GB, 3200Hz)
- M.2 SSD storage (not a HDD)

With these details in mind, here’s the situation:
You’re experiencing under 50 FPS in Cold War despite using low settings. The GPU usage peaks at 100% when you press Win+G, and your CPU stays around 40-50%. This suggests a potential bottleneck, though your hardware appears capable for its price range.

I’ve tried adjusting settings, checking drivers, updating configurations, and tweaking in-game options. Still, the game struggles significantly under load. Warzone runs smoothly at high settings, but Cold War freezes quickly with just a few players.

Could it be an issue with the game itself, or are these specs generally lacking for such performance?

Typically, you see higher FPS in Cold War compared to Warzone. Have you checked DDU and reinstalled the drivers?

Open Task Manager, locate the game in the list, adjust its priority to normal. The current resolution is displayed on the screen.
