Seeking warm options for gaming in chilly environments. Need gloves that maintain warmth around 30°F without restricting typing comfort.

Get a desk heater and place it near your keyboard. If you have a blower GPU, angle the back of your PC toward your hands.

Adjust your PC position to let the warm air flow across your keyboard and mouse. Or place a blanket nearby for comfort.

You seem to be in an unusual place where using a computer for gaming is nearly impossible due to the cold. If you're in a home environment and can't afford to heat it up, maintaining a computer's operation becomes a challenge.

I acquired that keyboard from a previous rental property. It was an Electric Baseboard Heat system, with power limited to specific rooms like the kitchen, a single bedroom, and the bathroom.

Use your exercise bike with a generator to create power. Cycling raises your body temperature, which can help charge an electric heater. Alternatively, you might connect a gas-powered heater. However, be aware that running electronics in very cold weather isn't advisable. Extended exposure of heat sources like motherboards or GPUs to cold air can cause condensation buildup.

In all seriousness, you either live in an Area where the cost of Electric and Gas is really high. Or you have very limited means due to multiple reasons. If you own, replacing busted plumping isn't cheap. You could simply set the Heat to 52 F. That is still above freezing. Rental? Possibly evicted due to Property Damage caused by not turning the Heat during Freezing Weather.
