Sometimes hardware mismatches cause strange behavior—maybe just a cable or connection issue, but it seems more likely related to the motherboard or BIOS here. P.S.: the OP also mentioned that the OS doesn't have an Rmx, but they're using newer, improved power supply units, similar to how car systems evolved—first gen was top-tier, second had some problems, and third had noticeable issues.
I agree, but OP mentions his PSU has coil whine, so swapping it out again could make sense. Still, there might be other factors at play like BIOS updates, CPU health, or software issues. Adjusting the CPU voltage could also be a viable option.
But i already did replace Bios is updated , no overclock, no rgb software, and the weird thing i tested it by changing the core frequency of my cpu and any lower than 3.5 ghz starts the noise.. tbh i don't have the time or power to send it again for testing for rma so iil stay with this.. if you have any suggestions to keeping my pc above the 3.5 ghz without wasting power on high performance all the time that would be great.
