I've already tried refreshing the list without success; I'm unsure where to begin troubleshooting. It seems the firewall is allowing it, and I've updated from version 1.6 to 1.7. However, I read that PunkBuster no longer supports Code4, so anyone with the latest version should be okay. Perhaps the issue lies with Code4 not being supported at all.
I located a perm/temp fix I downloaded the servercache.dat file. I removed the previous version and installed the updated one. Now the servers are working. Thanks everyone for your assistance—hope this resolves everything!
