I'm not into games and know nothing about them, but I've bought my nephew the Back4blood PS5 game that he wanted. I bought it from cex so it's used but like new. There is a code on the booklet inside for downloadable content, but I've just had a thought. If this code has been redeemed by the previous owner can the code not be used again? Thanks.
That's accurate. If the code had been redeemed before, it remains linked to the original account.
What I thought I was expecting is clear. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d known better. I’m hoping he has someone who can help him with this game. Would a companion be able to provide the code? I won’t be buying used games again.
Will the game perform well without the downloadable content? Is there anyone with back4blood available? How crucial is the downloadable content for the experience?
It seems unlikely, given its origins in the Left 4 Dead development team, that the online aspect wasn't the main focus.
The release was just a couple of months ago, and the latest update introduced offline play options.
