I tried a new monitor quickly and accidentally left CPU graphics enabled in BIOS. The issue didn’t resolve, so I think the hardware is faulty now. I don’t have a Windows installation media at the moment, but I’ll get it soon. As noted in the title, the system will display a recovery screen with error code 0xc0000221 and the broken file ntoskrnl.exe or winload.exe. I’ll send images upon request.

I attempted to recover Windows using a Windows installation media, but the USB drive didn’t power on even after selecting it in the boot settings.
