Received a gift from a friend—a Nvidia RTX 3060Ti with 8GB RAM. Around one in four times after shutting down, the motherboard displays "b1" and freezes on the Asus logo for a few minutes before loading the login screen. Generally, it boots quickly within a minute without problems, especially with the SSD, similar to my previous Nvidia graphics card setup. I’m worried this issue happens 25% of the time. Any suggestions?

- Asus Z97-Deluxe MOBO PCI-Express 3.0 (8.0 GT/s)
- Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060Ti 8GB
- Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB
- Intel i7-4470 CPU @ 3.40 GHz, 3401 MHz
- 4 cores, 8 logical processors
- 8GB DDR3 RAM at 933 MHz (32GB total)
- Thermaltake Smart M 750W PSU
This boot stage corresponds to the Runtime Set Virtual Address MAP End phase. Typically, once the post is finished, the software becomes less useful. Various factors might be leading to the hang; have you attempted the standard BIOS updates and re-seating the card along with its power connector?
