The x570-E mobos seem to experience a recurring hardware issue. Most often it manifests as a 9E error, though it can appear in various forms.

1. Under heavy load—such as gaming or rendering tasks—the system may fail to reboot and restart manually.
2. Complete failure to boot; the PC display remains off with no output and triggers the 9E error.
3. Black screen with only RGB lighting active; a 9E error might occur, but not always.
4. Occasional 9E error without visible problems, followed by random crashes and restarts.

This appears to be a consistent hardware defect across four boards over six months. Testing was done on separate systems, focusing on the board itself rather than individual components. It seems related to the TPM module presence or absence, and no BIOS updates have resolved the problem.
