Keep attempting different resources and ones tailored for your specific router. Also verify your Windows firewall to confirm MP is activated there. I believe Upnp is intended for this but please double verify. Avoid repeating the same ports repeatedly. If you configure a rule to forward on port 28960, create another rule for port 1500 (or as you intend). I’m not certain about the exact method but I’ll state it clearly. Port 28960 appears to be the consensus, so at least keep that forwarded.
Not worth the trouble, buddy. No matter which internet version you use (I’m on 72 Down and 21 Up), you still experience terrible lag. Sure, before buying it for my PC, I played it on console when it was still popular, but honestly, every game has some issues—hacked lobbies, players in the lobby, or bad connections. If you manage to find a decent lobby, you’ll usually lose your connection. Even if you enjoy it, most of the time you’re getting shot at by someone with a lot of skill.
