I’m experiencing problems while using COD. The screen goes black after every death and the multiplayer menu switches unexpectedly, even with default settings. All update drivers are working properly. My PC specs are: ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming, i9 9900KF, RTX 2060 (I know it’s okay), 16 GB Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3200. The monitor is an Optix MAG321CQR. I had the graphics card overclocked before starting COD and it would crash afterward. Is this issue related to my card or my setup?

Consider bringing back the stock to determine if that resolves the issue.

Let's begin troubleshooting.
Check if all drivers are current.
Does it trigger a black screen during benchmarking (both CPU and GPU)?
Have you updated the BIOS?
What is your temperature reading?
Did you examine the Windows Event Viewer for any relevant entries?
Which PSU are you using?

I should have known since I had to perform a CMOS reset to make the PC boot.

All drivers have been updated
Bios is now fully refreshed
It never failed to black screen during benchmarks even at maximum settings
Performance remains stable under normal temperatures, especially with the crosiar h110
No issues detected in the event viewer
600 Watts - Thermaltake SMART series 600Watts 80 Plus Gold
Black screens appear only at death and then clear again after respawning; no persistent blacking in-game either
Settings have been adjusted accordingly

I didn't realize my solution wouldn't work with my 2060. It seems my 2k 144hz monitor can't handle it, but it worked on my regular one at 60hz. Hopefully this won't drain my savings.
