Whenever I power off my PC, I must perform these actions: 1) detach the power cord 2) remove the CMOS battery 3) reconnect the power cord 4) turn on the system Then repeat until it finally starts and shows the new batteries I replace regularly.

Sleeping works fine but when up dates come I got to restart using option above after it shuts down
