I've had my rog ally for about six months now. It's mostly been smooth except for one problem. When I try to update Windows, the console buttons stop working except for the power button. This makes me depend entirely on the touch screen, which functions. However, none of the suggested fixes—like removing Armoury or reinstalling—have helped. I had to perform a full reset.

Recently, while experimenting, it seemed to update itself without issues. But now it's acting like before: Explorer won't respond when opened, and I can't even start a recovery reset. Since no buttons work, I can't boot into BIOS. I'm stuck and unsure what to do next. I can't download anything because I can't open Explorer, and power cycling doesn't help. If anyone has faced a similar situation, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Reinstall Windows from a bootable USB. Erase the drive during installation and start with a clean copy. This suggests significant corruption may be present.
