You can manage SMB, Plex and run game servers from Windows 10. The server isn't required at all. Obtain an affordable 10 Pro key.

You can duplicate it, though the license won't be copied—it's linked to the physical device. When you clone Windows, make sure to use sysprep.

You're just moving to larger drives, but the 120GB SSDs are still quite limited now. Would your license remain valid?

The license should work fine. I can clone using some Dd tools, but you're welcome to use programs like Macrum Reflect too. Consider shifting to VMs, which simplifies management.
